Reflections on the 3rd Annual Speed Networking Event for Senior Students
November 14th, 2024 | Winchester, Virginia: On Thursday, November 14th, Winchester Public Schools hosted the 3rd Annual Speed Networking Event for Senior Students at the Central Administration Office on 598 N. Kent Street. This event successfully brought together local businesses, including Marlow Auto Group, with approximately 50 graduating seniors. As a result, it created a unique opportunity for students to explore various career paths, learn more about their community, and engage in meaningful conversations about their futures. Driving Futures: Marlow Auto Group at Clarke County High School Career Fair
October 18th, 2024 | Berryville, Virginia: Marlow Auto Group proudly participated in the Clarke County High School Career Fair held on October 18th, 2024. The event provided an excellent platform for students to explore various career opportunities and gain insights into the automotive industry, all while making informed decisions about their futures. Leading the Marlow Auto Group presentation were Ed Sullivan, Service & Parts Director, and Deidre Williams, HR Director. Their enthusiasm and expertise created an engaging atmosphere that encouraged students to ask questions and explore the various career paths available within a dealership. Marlow Auto Group Engages Sherando High School Students
October 14-15, 2024 | Stephens City, Virginia: Marlow Auto Group recently partnered with Sherando High School to provide 10th and 11th-grade students with an engaging, real-world lesson on the car buying process. This workshop was presented as part of the school’s Economics and Personal Finance class, a required course designed to prepare students for the financial decisions they will face as adults. The sessions, held over two days, aimed to equip students with practical knowledge about budgeting, financing, trade-ins, and warranties, while also introducing them to new automotive technologies. Leading the workshop were Greg Strosnider, Used Car Director, and Jason Johnson, Sales Consultant, who used their expertise to make the car buying process understandable and relatable for students. October 11th, 2024 | Winchester, Virginia: Today Marlow Auto Group proudly joined the World of Works (WoW!) 2024 event at the James R. Wilkins, Jr. Athletics & Events Center at Shenandoah University. This annual event aims to spark career interest in thousands of eighth-grade students by giving them a hands-on introduction to potential career paths. With over 70 businesses participating, Marlow Auto Group was thrilled to represent the automotive industry and introduce students to the exciting opportunities available at car dealerships. WoW! 2024 was more than just a fun day; it provided nearly 3,000 eighth-grade students from Clarke, Frederick, Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah, Warren, and Winchester schools with a chance to explore future career options. United Way Day of Caring: A Day of Community and Impact
September 2024, Winchester Virginia: At Marlow Auto Group, community is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why when the opportunity to participate in the United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley’s annual Day of Caring came around again, we knew we had to get involved. This incredible event, which draws together nearly 900 volunteers across the region, is all about giving back and making a meaningful difference in our local communities. And this year, our team didn’t just participate—we showed up in full force, eager to roll up our sleeves and make an impact. TVRC Arising Leadership Program Tours Tri-State Nissan
June 2024, Winchester Virginia: Tri-State Nissan is honored to have hosted around 20 high school students in the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber’s (TVRC’s) Arising Leadership Program on Tuesday, June 11. The group comprised students from several schools and three TVRC staff members. They arrived at 9:30 a.m., filled with energy, questions, and smiles! Marketing Director Brian Nieves welcomed the students inside the showroom and introduced them to Tri-State Nissan and Marlow Motor’s founding. Then, the students broke up into two groups, one visiting sales and the other visiting service.

The Winchester Public School’s Senior Adulting Event
May 2024, Winchester Virginia: On Tuesday, May 21, three Tri-State Nissan employees gathered at the Emil and Grace Shihadeh Innovation Center to participate in the Senior Adulting Event. Tri-State Nissan partnered with the Winchester Public Schools to conduct the event to equip seniors with skills to help them in their adult lives. Between nine and 12:30 A.M., Tri-State Nissan’s Service and Parts Director, Ed Sullivan, and Used Car Director, Greg Strosnider, instructed around 300 seniors on basic vehicle skills and information critical for adulthood.

A High School Intern’s Adventure With Tri-State Nissan
May 2024, Winchester Virginia: A bittersweet occasion has happened at Tri-State Nissan. Our high school intern’s journey has ended. Harnoor Saini said goodbye to the dealership on Friday, May 10, after a successful eight months as a high school intern. Although Saini has left the team, she is graduating high school and embarking on a new adventure of higher education. While at Tri-State Nissan, Saini experienced personal growth that will forever impact her career. One of her most transformative moments was creating videos spotlighting an employee of the month.
