November 14th, 2024 | Winchester, Virginia: On Thursday, November 14th, Winchester Public Schools hosted the 3rd Annual Speed Networking Event for Senior Students at the Central Administration Office on 598 N. Kent Street. This event successfully brought together local businesses, including Marlow Auto Group, with approximately 50 graduating seniors. As a result, it created a unique opportunity for students to explore various career paths, learn more about their community, and engage in meaningful conversations about their futures. In addition, the event allowed students to connect with professionals and gain valuable insights into potential career opportunities.

3rd Annual Speed Networking Event
The Speed Networking Event was designed to introduce graduating seniors, especially those still undecided about their post-graduation plans, to the wealth of opportunities available in their community. As a result, students rotated between tables, spending 6 minutes with each employer, including Marlow Auto Group, to learn about career paths, ask questions, and gain valuable insights. During these rotations, our representatives shared the diversity of roles within our dealerships. They emphasized that the automotive industry is about much more than selling cars—it’s about innovation, customer relationships, and teamwork. Furthermore, students were particularly interested in the stories shared by our team members, who highlighted how they discovered their own career paths. Additionally, they discussed how they found success at Marlow Auto Group, further inspiring students to explore similar opportunities.
