Thanks to Kyle, I left the dealership with a fantastic Jeep! Service is excellent at each step of the buying process with no pressure sales. I recommend Marlow Motor to anyone!

Bought a brand new 22 Ram 2500 diesel in May of 2023. Around 12k miles the check engine light came on at the start of a regen cycle. We returned to Marlow service told them what was going on. There was also an open recall at that time. They fixed the recall and cleared the code for the check engine light. We were told good to go. It happens again, was told it was the DEF sensor, replaced it and, told good to go. Then happens again, was told mass air flow sensor and that we needed an OE air filter without glue strips. Okay great, they put the filter in, replace the sensor, told we are good to go. My husband was checking things over a few weeks after this and went to check the air filter and low and behold it was an aftermarket filter with glue strips. Marlow charged me $120 for an OE filter with out glue strips, but put in an aftermarket with glue strips. Called about it, was given a refund, and was told that that is what Stelantis is telling them to do. Which is fine, but your service dept lied by telling me they were putting in an OE filter with no glue strips and charged me for something that wasn't done. Then low and behold check engine light comes on for truck regen too frequently for a 4th time!! The truck is doing and exhaust regen every 30-70 miles. Have opened a case with stelantis for this, because Marlow service is a joke and has no clue what they are doing. Truck has been taken to a different dealer for this go round. Buyer beware, if you buy a car from Marlow in Front Royal, take it to another authorized dealer for any warranty work.

Unfortunately, another dishonest business. I came in on Friday for my state inspection. Was told I failed my inspection because there was too much rust on my breaks. Not to worry! Marlow was generous enough to suggest they be replaced for the nice cost of 512.00. I took my keys back. They slapped a huge, failed sticker on my windshield and gave me 14 days to replace my breaks. I drove down the street to a different establishment and passed with flying colors! When asked about the breaks, the new inspector said "Breaks? They are like new." Marlow just wanted to make some money off of me, which I understand. I am writing this so other are aware and cautious before being inspected here. You will just be lied to. So sad but expected.

I took my Jeep 4xe in for an oil change and tire rotation, they told me about 2 recalls. One very quick fix to the rear defroster and the other one which would take 6 hours to the big battery. I asked if it was urgent that I had to get done now and was told no that I could schedule a time to come in later. 2.5 hours later they came out and said they were almost done but my inspection was expired and they could get it quickly done. I agreed. 30 min later they were finished. I was told they couldn’t do one recall without doing the other so they went ahead and did both in the 3 hours. Yep! 6 hour recall was condensed to 3 hours max. Was informed that they would need the battery to be full but it was still at the same level I had it when I arrived. I paid and took my vehicle. Next day, it wouldn’t shift out of first, it didn’t charge, and I couldn’t switch between any of the modes. I pulled off the road and the Jeep died. I called them, they towed it. Later in the day, I called for an update. No update, it’s been on the charger. They had No clue if it was actually charging or what was wrong with it. I had to get a ride to get a loaner. Lots of rules for their loaners!! Next day, still no update. None until 1 week later. I was then told this was something that could happen after the recall. If that’s the case, why didn’t you know it?!? That I had to get it done as the battery could start on fire. This recall had been out all year (something Marlow didn’t say when I brought it in earlier this year.) Now it took 1 week to get the new battery in and apparently another week to replace. Found out after 2 days of them having the battery, it should be ready tomorrow. Condensing the time was what got us in this mess and now they’re rushing the install. I’m very concerned. When reaching out to customer service, I was told “there’s nothing broke on your Jeep.” If that’s the case then why does the battery not work and need to be replaced? Dead silence. I asked for it to be sent to a dealership that works on EV vehicles more frequent but was told no numerous times. If I want a 3rd party to confirm it is fixed I need to pay for it myself. If there’s anything wrong with the battery in the future I need to go back to Marlow to get it fixed. Yeah right! I’m never going back there. I expressed my disproval with trusting the people to fix it when they broke it and didn’t know the full extent of the recall or what was wrong with it for a full week. But don’t worry, they washed my car :/ I called a week and a half ago to speak to someone higher up to get it moved to a different dealer. Had to leave a message. Guess who still hasn’t called back. I feel like this company didn’t care about my. Vehicle or the annoyance that their staff broke it

I took my vehicle in after it had stalled out on the highway and unbeknownst to me at the time, there was an open recall for my vehicle (fuel pump relay) which explained the stalling. This dealership never once mentioned this recall to me and instead charged me hundreds of dollars to do unnecessary computer updates which did not fix the problem. That should have been the first thing they checked. As a consumer, it is apparently up to us to stay on top of things like recalls because expecting a dealership to do to it is apparently beyond normal expectations.

This was a very pleasant experience, which is unusual for me when it comes to purchasing a new car. Eric (the salesman) was excellent as was Wendy in the finance office. I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted...and the process went very quickly. The team at Marlow Motor is first rate.

Kyle was amazing! My wife and I love this place now. Will be back soon to trade our other vehicle in. By far the most stress free dealership experience we’ve ever had and a very nice Jeep we took home. We love it, thanks!

I just moved to the area and it was so refreshing to find an honest place where I could take my car. The man that helps me (I forget his name but his dogs name is nugget) is very helpful and professional. I Recommend them!

Had a great experience at Marlow motors on a beautiful Morning morning Kyle was fantastic with providing information about my purchase and the service was fast! The owner was a joy to speak with and personable and the paper signing part if you’ve done that before was smooth and streamlined. The Marlow team as a whole really had their game together. With them I found what I was looking for at the best price with no hassle. Marlow definitely made it worth the 2 hours I drove to get there. I’ll see them again when it’s my daughters turn to get a renegade and my wife is ready to pull the trigger on the wrangler.

Was told contradictory things on the phone and in person. Went very much out of my way to make my appointment to which I was told they won’t even look at my vehicle. Lazy worker didn’t want to do it. Good thing I sat there for 40 minutes setting up for nothing.

Do Do not deal with Marlo Motors! I took my vehicle there because they are open on Saturdays and open late on the weekdays. They First said they had to replace the lift pump in my truck. I picked up the vehicle after it was fixed unless two hours later it broke down again. I took my vehicle back and they replaced the EGR cooler. Still did not fix the issue over $4000 and having the same issue. I told them I was not convinced in their diagnosis and they did not seem convinced. I told him I do not want to shooting around in the dark. I said keep it run it diagnosed until you know exactly what’s going on. Vehicle ran for two days having issues. Beware!!!!!!!!!!

This was one of the most pleasant experiences i have had in a large purchase. Kyle and Wendy were great. Very professional and not pushy at all. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've only been here once so far and it was for a warranty repair. The service folks were nice and seem to do a good job. It took quite a while to get the necessary parts in but I believe this is beyond their control and many places are still struggling with supply chain issues. I would go here for service again based on my experience so far.

Outstanding experience with Marlow Motors (Jeep/Dodge) in Front Royal, VA. I originally went there for routine service on my vehicle and ultimately bought a newer version of the Grand Cherokee. Scheduling, communication, and reasonable charges are the norm here. My salesperson and the sale manager were prompt, engaging, and honest. I got a great deal on the exact vehicle I wanted, service with respect and genuine kindness, and am fully confident in any future business conducted there. Top notch dealership in all respects.

Best car buying experience ever! Erick my salesman, John the Sales Manager and Wendy in finance all went above and beyond from our first point of contact. They worked to find me the best deal possible and ensured everything was ready for us when we arrived. We live 3 hours away and had to bring our 4 Siberian Huskies with us to complete the paperwork. Everyone at the dealership was inviting and friendly and showed us and the dogs top notch hospitality. They fulfilled all the promises of getting us in and out quickly so we could get home somewhat reasonably. Was looking for a new, affordable SUV. Came across the Nissan Kicks. Loved its look! Contacted Ethan at TriState Nissan and told him what I wanted. Oh my! He had this pretty Dove gray one picked out. I loved the look and the fact that it didn’t have a ton of bells and whistles. The more a car has, the more there is to break and be pricy to repair! Rides smooth! I had a Chevy Cruze that I loved, but it set fairly low. This sets higher and being short, I love this about the SUV. Financing and trade in was exactly what I needed! Monthly pay in the 300’s which is perfect. I would 100% recommend Ethan as a salesman and TriState as the dealership to visit if you’re shopping for a new car!!!!!

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. Don't get me wrong. Everyone is quite pleasant, when they aren't blatantly lying to your face. Brought my older car in for a misfire, they call me and say "hey, we couldn't get it to misfire but it could be one of these two issues" I ask since they can't get it to misfire if I can bring it back in if I leave and it's still misfiring. They tell me no. Then when I get to the shop the service advisor lies to my face and tells me "yea we did get it to misfire and here's the issue". Yet the call and my PAPERWORK both say they couldn't get it to misfire. Save yourself the hassle and find any other shop in the area to get anything done. Waste of my time and money.

The days of excellent customer service are over. Take your business somewhere else because the counter staff will not give you the total bill. Very deceitful. I had my Jeep serviced on 7/13. I asked their an employee how much for an oil change and filters to be replaced as they were recommended the previous time before. She quoted me around 170$ but said price might have changed since last recommendation but the bill would be around 170$. I said okay. I paid 264$ for an oil change and filters!! Like wow!! Hope they really changed the filters. When I told employee that it was almost $100 more than what she said, I got empty apology with an excuse. I could tell that she didnt care and had zero training in customer service. Rather than her suggesting to go get her manager as she could tell I was displeased, she said you (as in me customer) could go talk to the Manager. I think he is still here, you could try to go hunt him down.” Truly, think twice before coming here. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for years for service and he even bought an suv here. We wont be coming back.

I must've been in the wrong Marlow Ford in Luray, because my experience was awful! Very poor and unwelcoming customer service. I felt judged the minute I took a seat, as the salesman looked me up and down and gave me an unenthusiastic 2 minute rundown on the cheapest car they have on the lot, but explaining why a stick shift might not be a good fit for a female. I didn't need any more reasons to get up and look around elsewhere.

I've been eyeing the Bronco for awhile to replace my Nissan Xterra - I've driven Xterras for 22 years so this was a big change. Finally, a few weeks ago, I narrowed in on exactly what I wanted after driving a few different configurations. My wife found almost exactly what I wanted instock at Marlow Ford. I worked with Eddie over the phone and completed the majority of the transaction via phone/email. Eddie and Emma were super helpful as I was out of state and trading in my Xterra. They knew we were traveling over 4 hours to make this purchase and had everything ready to go. In addition, Marlow Ford was not trying to push unneeded upsells on me - they were straightforward through the entire transaction and super helpful which was such a change from previous interactions with other dealers. I would have to say one of the better experiences with a dealer. No pressure of any sort and down to earth people. I drove 5hrs for the truck and being a used one i was a little Leary because of bad experiences but Anthony nailed it. Was better than expecting . I dont leave reviews but i felt they should get one. Needed service on my truck. Had a unexpected problem with a turbo boot when hauling our camper. It was Saturday no one was open for me to get the parts or service. Marlow Ford was able to get me out of a jam. They were able to get me in the schedule to fix the problem that day.Very happy, friendly staff. If I was in this part of town town this would be my Place!

I own 2 transit vans that are 5 and 7 years old. I love them and will only use a Ford dealer to repair them. Marlow Ford in Luray has a great staff and the repair costs are usually reasonable. I highly recommend the pleasant folks at Marlow.

It’s pretty awesome when they deliver the vehicle to your home for a test drive and then you pick it up the next day if you like it. I do not like to car shop! I prefer someone who knows my style and can make recommendations on a quality vehicle and help me navigate warranty information , etc….
