From career development programs to healthcare partnerships and local events, each moment reflects our commitment to strengthening the communities we serve. Below is a look at the initiatives that defined our year. Our commitment to the community is rooted in relationships. Supporting Clarke County Students Through Automotive Job Shadowing
March 26th 2026 | Winchester, Virginia: Walking into the service department, it did not take long to notice the energy. Tools were moving, conversations were happening, and right in the middle of it all were two students from Clarke County High School getting their first real look at a potential career. At Tri-State Nissan, opportunities like this go beyond a one-day visit. Instead, they are part of a larger commitment to supporting automotive job shadowing for Clarke County students and helping them explore meaningful career paths. Gideon and Matt spent six hours inside the service department working alongside technicians Logan and Riley. Rather than simply observing, they were actively engaged in the day-to-day workflow.
Introducing Students to Automotive Careers in Winchester
March 4th 2026 | Winchester, Virginia: Sometimes all it takes is seeing it firsthand. That was the case when 30 students from John Handley High School visited Tri-State Nissan for a behind-the-scenes tour of the dealership. What started as a simple visit quickly turned into a deeper understanding of how many opportunities exist within the automotive industry. Instead of focusing on just one role, students were introduced to the full operation. During the visit, students toured every major department, including Service, Parts, Detail, Sales, Finance, and the administrative office.
