Marlow Automotive Group Volunteers as Judges for District X SkillsUSA Automotive Maintenance/Light Repair Competition
Winchester, VA, February 2023: Marlow volunteers for automotive competition. On February 11, 2023, the Marlow Automotive Group volunteered to serve as judges for the District 10 SkillsUSA Automotive Maintenance/Light Repair Competition. The competition was at Dowell J Howard Technical Center in Winchester, Virginia. It featured students from Frederick County & Shenandoah County technical school representing Culpepper Technology
Center, Dowell J Howard & Triplett Tech Center.
As judges for the competition, Allen Dike from Tri-State Nissan, Anthony Cox from Marlow Ford & Ed Sullivan from The Marlow Automotive Group volunteered as judges. The Marlow Automotive Group brought their expertise and knowledge in the automotive industry to evaluate and score the contestants on their skills and knowledge.
The competition featured hands-on components, with the contestants demonstrating their proficiency in brake repair, engine diagnosis, and electrical system troubleshooting.
