Martin serves as a Service Advisor at Tri-State Nissan in Winchester and has been a valued member of the team for eight years. Throughout that time, he has built strong relationships with customers and coworkers. His completion of the leadership program reflects his dedication to professional growth and service excellence. Leadership Institute – Laurel Ridge Workforce Solutions
The Leadership Institute – Laurel Ridge Workforce Solutions program is designed to strengthen leadership and operational skills for professionals across the region. Each cohort brings together a small group of participants from various industries who want to improve their leadership abilities. Only about twenty professionals are selected for each program. Therefore, participants benefit from an interactive learning environment and meaningful networking opportunities. During the program, participants attend eleven full-day sessions. These sessions explore more than fifteen leadership and operational topics. Subjects include communication, leadership strategy, operational efficiency, and team collaboration.
