Marlow Auto Group Supports Winchester Public Schools CTE Partnership

February 13th, 2026 | Winchester, Virginia: On February 13th, 2026, Marlow Auto Group had the opportunity to spend time with Career and Technical Education teachers from Winchester Public Schools. Ed Sullivan, Fixed Operations Director, and Greg Strosnider, Used Car Director, represented Marlow Auto Group during the professional development session. However, this wasn’t a presentation about selling or servicing cars. The conversation focused on something much bigger: helping teachers prepare students for today’s workplace. Ed and Greg joined other local business partners to share their real-world experience. Together, they discussed the skills employers are looking for and the expectations students may face when they enter the workforce.

Connecting the Classroom With the Workplace

The Winchester Public Schools CTE Partnership helps bring local educators and employers together. During the session, the group discussed how classroom learning connects with skills students will use on the job. They also talked about professional expectations, workplace readiness, and changes taking place across different industries. Another important part of the conversation was technology. Artificial intelligence is changing how many businesses operate. Therefore, understanding these changes can help educators prepare students for a workplace that continues to evolve. For Marlow Auto Group, sharing this perspective is important. The automotive industry offers careers in many different areas. These include skilled trades, technology, customer service, finance, management, marketing, and more.
