August 25th, 2026 | Winchester, Virginia: Tri-State Nissan is proud to support Access Independence Fall Ramp Up 2026 as a Silver Sponsor. The community event takes place Saturday, August 29, at Access Independence in Winchester, Virginia. Fall Ramp Up brings people together to support a simple but important mission: helping people with disabilities live more independently. Access Independence serves people throughout Winchester and the surrounding Northern Shenandoah Valley. Its work includes independent living skills training, advocacy, peer support, information and referral services, and other resources. These services help people overcome barriers and have more control over their everyday lives.
Supporting Access Independence Fall Ramp Up 2026
One of the highlights of Access Independence Fall Ramp Up 2026 is its wheelchair obstacle course. The course gives participants a chance to experience some of the challenges wheelchair users may face each day. It can include navigating ramps, curbs, uneven surfaces, tight spaces, and other common obstacles. However, Fall Ramp Up is about much more than completing a course. It also helps raise awareness about accessibility in our community. Funds raised through the event support the work of Access Independence. According to the organization, these funds help provide services to consumers free of charge. That makes every sponsorship and every person who supports the event part of something much bigger.
