October 2025 | Berryville, Virginia:
On October 24, 2025, Marlow Auto Group joined students, educators, and business leaders at the Clarke County High School Career Fair for a day focused on exploring passions and defining future paths. The event, titled “Discover Your Passion! Define Your Path,” offered high school students the opportunity to meet with local employers, colleges, and career mentors to learn about real-world possibilities after graduation. For Marlow Auto Group, it was more than just a chance to share information about the automotive industry—it was an opportunity to connect, encourage, and help students see the wide range of fulfilling careers in their own community.

Helping Students Discover Their Path

As students walked through the event, they stopped by Marlow Auto Group’s table to ask questions, hear stories, and learn more about careers in automotive sales, service, marketing, and management. Team members spoke with students about the many directions their interests could take them—whether hands-on in the service department, creative in marketing, or customer-focused in sales. Marlow representatives shared how the automotive industry continues to evolve through innovation, technology, and customer experience, reminding students that success comes from curiosity, integrity, and lifelong learning.

Honest Mentorship and Real Connections

Integrity and relationships are at the heart of every conversation Marlow Auto Group has—whether with customers or community members. During the Clarke County High School Career Fair, that same spirit came through in every interaction with students.

“We love being part of events like this because it gives us a chance to talk about more than cars,” said Greg Strosnider, Used Car Director at Marlow Auto Group. “It’s about helping young people see how their skills and values can shape their careers. The automotive industry has so many opportunities, and we want them to know that their future can start right here at home.”

Students were eager to hear about career paths that go beyond the traditional classroom. Many asked questions about internships, technical training, and how to build experience early. It was clear that curiosity and motivation were in full force—proof that events like this truly help students take that first step toward defining their goals.

Continuing a Commitment to Students

Participating in events like the Clarke County High School Career Fair is part of Marlow Auto Group’s ongoing commitment to education and community engagement. By showing up and sharing authentic experiences, the Marlow team continues to build bridges between local industries and the next generation of professionals. The conversations that begin at career fairs often lead to bigger dreams and clearer directions. For Marlow Auto Group, helping students see their potential isn’t just good for business—it’s part of who they are.

About The Marlow Auto Group

Marlow Auto Group team demonstrating automotive technology during Worlds of Work 2025 at Shenandoah UniversityMarlow Auto Group has proudly served the Northern Shenandoah Valley for over 75 years—but our story begins in 1947 with a decision that set us apart from the start. In the post-World War II era, when cars were scarce and buyers waited months for delivery, our founder, Guy Marlow, chose a different path. Rather than wait in line, he opened a dealership—not just to secure a car for his family, but to help others in the community do the same. That bold, people-first mindset remains at the heart of everything we do.

Over the decades, that one decision grew into a regional family of dealerships: Marlow Motor Company in Front Royal, Tri-State Nissan in Winchester, and Marlow Ford in Luray. As a locally owned and woman-operated business, we continue to grow by staying true to our five core values: Innovation, Integrity, Community, Relationships, and Exceeding Expectations. You’ll find those values in everything we do—from extended service hours that reduce downtime for local businesses to long-standing partnerships with local schools and nonprofits. Marlow Auto Group believes dealerships should do more than sell and service vehicles. They should solve problems, support their communities, and build trust that lasts. Because at Marlow, doing things differently isn’t just how we started. It’s how we lead.
