A Note to Marlow Customers

To All Our Valued Customers

With over 73 years’ history serving our community, we know the valuable role we play in supporting the people who protect and keep our community strong and healthy.  At Marlow, we are taking active steps to ensure that we will be open, ready, and available to continue to service our customers during this time.

We’ve asked our team to think creatively about how we can continue to support our community while supporting each other. And we have taken proactive steps to protect our employees and customers.  This includes adding measures to help prevent the spread of germs in our building, including, but not limited to, extra cleaning, use of gloves where appropriate, and the installation of extra hand sanitizing stations throughout our stores.

We have also taken steps to ensure that your visits to us are quick and efficient, so that you can spend less time at our dealership and more time where you need to be.  For example, while schools are closed in the State of Virginia, we will be offering our service customers free vehicle pick-up and delivery for vehicles within 15 miles of our dealershipREAD MORE
